Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Vigyana in Himladal
The retreat begins on August 1 at 4:00 PM and ends on August 8 at 4:00 PM.
Price: 10,700 SEK / 9,500 SEK (discounted rate)
The price includes:
- Registration fee of 1,800 SEK (paid upon booking now – see more info below)
- Accommodation in a shared double room (duvets and pillows are provided; please bring your own bed linen)
- 3 organic vegetarian/vegan meals per day
- Classes 4 times per day
- 1–2 visits to a wood-fired sauna
- And everything nature has to offer: swimming in the lake, walks in Liagärde Nature Reserve, rowing on the lake, etc.
A single room is available for an additional 130 SEK per night (only 3 single rooms available). All guests share newly renovated, fresh bathrooms and showers.
The discounted price applies to pensioners, full-time students, job seekers, or those on sick leave.
Booking & Payment
The registration fee of 1,800 SEK is required to secure your place. The remaining balance can be paid in 2–3 installments via Swish or bank transfer. You may suggest a payment plan that suits you, but the full amount must be paid no later than June 30.
You may also choose to pay the full amount at once.

Cancellation Policy
- Before June 30: Full refund of the course fee, minus the registration fee (1,800 SEK)
- July 1–15: 50% refund of the course fee
- From July 16: No refund, unless you or a close family member becomes seriously ill (a medical certificate is required)
Travel to Himladal
For those traveling from within Sweden:
The retreat center is located in a small village called Himladal, about 20 minutes by car from Kinna, 45 minutes from Gothenburg, and 3 hours from Malmö.
For those traveling to Sweden from abroad:
You can fly to either Copenhagen (Denmark) or Gothenburg (Sweden).
From Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup), take a train toward Gothenburg and get off in Varberg. From Varberg, take a train to Kinna. Tickets can be purchased at train stations or via the Skånetrafiken and Västtrafik apps.
From Gothenburg, you can take a bus and/or train to Kinna.
From Kinna, we will arrange pickup for everyone arriving by public transport.
